To Teach The Husband...

When it's what you want to talk about...But the other person just backs away, nodding. Let's spread the disease. #fibreposy.

To Teach The Husband...

Post by Unraveled » Sun Jun 30, 2019 10:22 pm

For years, I have said to him, "Aw I want to teach you to knit!" or "Can't I teach you?!" It was never to make fun of him. It was to make him understand what I do and gain appreciation for it. I'm sure you all have been labeled as a grandma...My husband's best friend calls me that often, yet asks me to knit him a hat with horns.

When this website reaches 100 members, my husband has agreed to let him finally teach him how to knit. It's something I've wanted to do for many, many years, and because of this movement, he's finally agreed. We shall see how his knitting skills go in the next few months :)

*sigh* I legit do not want to learn to knit. A woman's 'will' is more powerful than a 1000 running bulls.

I’m on her side! I’d love to teach my husband to knit. I taught both my sons and daughters and one son picked it up quicker than all the others. Too bad he hasn’t continued with it.
